Quick wins first
As often happens, most of the budget was spent on traffic campaigns rather than conversion campaigns and virtually no iteration was done.
So we started by implementing the ABC of media buying and results immediately skyrocketed!
Long-term actions
After putting the ad account back on track, we started to take actions that would help us grow the ROAS steadily to prepare for scaling.
First, we planned and deployed iterations on 10+ parameters to identify the best combinations to generate revenue with high profits.
Second, we gave precise creative guidelines for both the website UX/UI and the creative contents leveraged on Meta Ads.
Third, we started campaigns targeting new countries: US, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Germany.
Last, we created a dashboard to monitor and analyze the ad account growth.
